Do you relate to any of these thoughts or beliefs?

I can’t do it.

It’s too overwhelming.

I feel stuck.

It’s too hard.

I feel crazy.

I’m going crazy.

I can’t get it right!

What’s wrong with me?!

What’s the point??

I’ve worked with women of all stages of life, and I hear these words all the time.

It may seem like you’re alone right now. That no one else has gone through what you are going through.

As women, we’re quick to feel isolated—like there’s something wrong with us.

You’re not alone. You’re not crazy.

We all have problems. (Some people have become skilled at hiding or pretending everything is alright.)

I’ve been in your shoes. I know what it’s like to feel alone, anxious, and unhappy.

Working with my therapist was a huge part of my healing journey.

  • She helped me see things that I could not see for myself.
  • She believed for me when I could not believe for myself.
  • She modeled how to be curious and compassionate.
  • She taught me how to sit with discomfort and learn to be okay with it.

She walked with me. I was not alone.

My therapy process was life changing! I now experience freedom, joy, confidence, and most of all HOPE.

When we feel stuck, we start to believe there’s no hope.

Knowing something is off (we call this awareness) is incredibly powerful because it allows you to move towards change. It's one of the first steps in the healing process. You don’t have to stay stuck. There is HOPE for YOU.

Together we’ll explore what keeps you stuck. I’ll help you see that you have choices. You can then make an empowered decision about what you want to do. Healing, change, and growth take courage. The journey is not easy, but I guarantee it will be WORTH IT.

YOU are worth it!

I work with women of in these stages: teens, young adult, middle age, and older age. Whatever stage of life you are in, I’m here to help you every step of the way.

Here are some things we can work on together:

  • personal growth

  • life transitions

  • stress

  • unhappiness

  • relationships

  • identity and worth
